Shipping
Physical products are shipped within the United States and to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Brow Symétrie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.
Returns and Refunds
Digital products, downloadable materials, and online courses are non-refundable.
Eligible physical products may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
