Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We proudly ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibility: Any applicable duties, VAT, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes & Duties Are Not Included: These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Brow Symétrie and are not collected by Brow Symétrie at checkout.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If an international package is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees, any return shipping costs or additional fees charged to Brow Symétrie may be deducted from the customer's refund, where applicable.

Tracking & Delivery

While we take care to package and ship your order safely, Brow Symétrie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim or delivery inquiry.
